JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepare and manage management accounting report and reporting of monthly profit statements by products.
- Set up, maintain and continue improve costing calculation and analysis for project/product costing. Ensure all costing principles applied are in line with company policy.
- Heavily involve in costing closing activities and inventory reconciliation.
- Participate in budget preparation and Closely monitor and to update all relevant department on actual v.s budget within approved budget for efficiency of project execution.
- Stock take, variance monitoring and monthly inventory reporting.
- To provide proposals to improve cost control measures and financial performance of the company
- Problem solving on costing issue and in cost reduction initiatives/activities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / related Professional qualification (CPA / CIMA / ACCA) / Diploma in Accounting.
- Independent with strong background and hands on experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial matters in manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong PC skills particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Possess strong analytical attitude with excellent interpersonal and leadership skill. Detail oriented, meticulous and able to multi task
- Good organizing, planning and analytical skills.
- Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines. Ability to interact well with employees of all levels.
