JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Provide administrative support to the operation.
• Coordinating for interviews and handling recruitment advertisements.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source
new candidate leads.
• Create contacts and networking within industry.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Perform full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities.
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude
• Team player
• Capable in handling basic human resource and administrative duties with good
organizational and coordinating skills; able to work independently, multi-task and is
resourceful
• Candidates with relevant work experience encouraged to apply
