JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepares, organize and maintain administrative jobs, files and records.
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: phones, distributing mail
- Prepare official correspondence, coordinate and tracking functions.
- Create meeting agendas, notifications, and follow up items.
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside business partners.
- Coordinate and Administer the Management calendar.
- Planning and scheduling jobs on hand and ensuring timely completion.
- Manage all aspects of the business unit operating budget.
- Maintain the security of confidential information.
- Maintaining contact database, corporate files and business plans.
- Workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum diploma certificate in any related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, confident, result-oriented and good working attitude.
- Age: 20 ~ 40 years old.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jesselton Point.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
