JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-To be responsible for the business performance
-To ensure the smooth execution of all operational activities (airfreight,freight forwarding).
-To ensure and to maintain ongoing communication and correspondence and provide necessary feedback and status to clients and suppliers.
-Freight cost analysis and execute operational efficiencies.
-To meet all operational KPI’s accordingly.
-Implement and monitor all import / export compliance to local / company standards.
-To liaise with customers and relevant government authorities, shipping agents, airlines, etc.
-With business and financial acumen
-To provide sales support efforts to new / existing customers as well as HQ sales team.
-To motivate, train and develop subordinates for continual growth and improvement.
-To implement any possible improvements to the operational process flow.
-To have a good network with transport service provider / logistics industry.
-To ensure optimal performance / compliance of all subordinates and to enhance teamwork within the team.
-To review & enhance operations processes via establishing or revising of SOP, data gathering & analysis in order to achieve continual improvement in services.
-To provide problem solving leadership and crisis resolution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3-5 years act as managerial role specializing in Logistics or equivalent
-Possess excellent organization, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
-A self starter with strong leadership skills.
-High responsibility attitude.
-Good problem solving skills / solution minded
