We are an established Model and Event Management company seeking qualified and dedicated individual to join us for the following position:
Job descriptions/ responsibilities:
- Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, order event signs, and ensure appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality expectations of the alumni association.
- Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities. Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
- Propose new ideas to MNE Productions to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Public Relation/Business Management or any related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of local education and government policies.
- Sufficient knowledge in Event Management, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Aggressive, team player and willing to work independently.
