Income Auditor , Account Executive: The Advertiser, Sabah exp.date-n.a

1.    Income Auditor
Responsibilities
-    Responsiblefor all daily income of the Hotel.
-    Prepare daily revenue report for management review.
-    Review all rebates & allowances to ensure that they are properly authorised.
-    Report all deviations from prevailing policies & procedures.
-    Verification of sales from Rooms, Food and Beverage and other Operational Departments and rectify any discrepancies.

Requirements
-    Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
-    At least 1-2 years working experience in similar position in the hotel industry.
-    Good analytical skills and reporting skills
-    Able to work independently with high level of integrity

2.    Account Executive/ Assistant (Account Receivables)
Responsibilities
-    Daily posting of all entries on the city ledger.
-    Prepare all invoices with proper back-ups for mailing.
-    Check all credit card details and vouchers and ensure all amounts and charges are correct.
-    Coordinate with the credit officer on all issues concerning credit.
-    Answer all phones and enquiries regarding bills.
-    Adhere to the hotel credit policy.

Requirements
-    LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
-    At least 1-2 years working experience in similar position in the hotel industry.
-    Good analytical skills.
-    Able to work independently with high level of integrity
