Oversees day to day Central Kitchen Operations.
* Purchase Orders
* Food Costing
* Kitchen Inventory
* Kitchen Duty Roster Planning
* Outside Catering Planning
* New Food Promotions & Development
* Kitchen Staff Control & Discipline
* Liaison and Reporting to Head-Office
Job requirements:
* Able to speak Malay and English
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity or have worked as a chef in a hotel restaurant
* Own Transport
Additional Info:
* Candidates with a Certicate/Diploma in hotel F&B or Culinary Arts will be an added
advantage.
