Job descriptions/ responsibilities:
•Develop and support the execution of field operational plan to ensure the smooth implementation of sales activities
•Able to lead and manage a group of promoters and merchandisers
•Accountable for the team performance in service delivery and value added services to customers
•Drive to achieve the set sales targets & KPI and accountable for the sales collection
•Proactively develop and maintain the good relationship with customers, distributors and internal functional areas
•Able to analyze and provide feedback in changing of future market trends & customer needs.
Job requirements:
•Candidate must possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma Or Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
•Preferable minimum 1-3 years’ working experience in similar capacity
•Non-graduates who have experience in working as sales executive servicing Hypermarkets clientele are encouraged to apply
•Proficient in both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
•Able to work independently & as team player
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Strong initiative and result-oriented
•Hands on in Microsoft Office application
