Job descriptions/ responsibilities:
• Performing basic office duties like answering the telephone, directing calls, emails and fax.
• Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
• Providing information to callers and directing individuals to correct destination.
• Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and public.
• Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
• Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining appointment diary either electronically manually.
• Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting out e-mail and deliveries.
• Ensuring that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate
• Monitoring the use of stationery, equipment and supplies within the office
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Develop a system for identifying and logging incoming and outgoing office documents that can easily be used for primary search keys in a PC database system
• Develop the labeling to ensure a good match between PC filling and filling cabinet identification
• Perform clerical office duties such as typing, operating facsimile and photocopying machines, sorting mail and distributing of appropriate office staff.
Job requirements:
* Female, SPM or equivalent & Proficient in Spoken ENGLISH & Malay.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
