Job descriptions/ responsibilities:
- Take orders and serves food and beverage to guest accordingly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times.
- Recommend signature dishes and beverage of the hotel.
- Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services.
Job requirements:
Pleasant personality and well groomed.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work on shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take on challenges.
Enjoy providing top services towards customers.
Ability to network with customers.
Prior experience will be an added advantage.
