Job descriptions/ responsibilities: Key Competencies
1.Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
2.Able to work long hours to ensure all work are completed within spitulated timeline
3.Able to take instructions and follow instructions given
4. Able to channel instructions to the Head of Departments / staff members clearly and accurately
5. Computer literacy – Good in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
6. Strong administration, organising and coordination / follow – up skils
7. Good leadership skills
Job requirements:
1. Posses a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial or administrative studies
2. Possess at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
3. Take pride in her / his work, highly committed
4. Highly detailed and meticulious, sharp and alert
5. Action – oriented
6. Possess strong initiative
7. Possess an analytical mindset
8. Able to think on her / his feet
9. Focus mindset and results oriented
